An important building block is our Academy Day, which is held place once each quarter and offers you an opportunity to delve into a variety of topics as you further your education throughout the day. We also offer lectures on a regular basis, as well as conferences and workshops where you can receive results and information about our work and exchange ideas with other professionals. We also provide recordings of specialist and Friday lectures as well as conferences and workshops so that you can access this content and continue your education whenever you wish.

Our Open Spaces also offer you an opportunity to interact and discuss ideas with fellow employees in an open-ended setting. We will also make the results of these events available so that you can benefit from the discussions and results later on.

If you visit our eLearning Portal, you will also find a large number of interactive training courses on a variety of topics that you can complete at any time, working at your own pace. This gives you am opportunity to benefit from continuing education on a flexible and individually-tailored basis.

We have also introduced GEBIT Friday, which is held twice a month and offers you an opportunity to engage intensively with topics and projects of your own. On these days, our employees have time to join with one another in working groups where they can work on projects of their own or share ideas with colleagues on specific topics.

Last but not least, our Communities of Practice (CoPs) offer you a chance to interact around and discuss practical topics with fellow employees across projects and locations. These are usually organised as open-ended discussion sessions, but they also offer room for lectures and specific topics that you would like to advance.
