As a (Senior) Java Developer (f/m/d) in Lisbon...

you enjoy taking on technological challenges in the Java environment (SE and Jakarta, desktop and cloud) using modern frameworks (e.g. Spring) and have the opportunity to develop in small teams using (scaled) agile methods on a project or product basis.
You will either implement our retail platform or develop customised POS and payment solutions for our well-known customers based on this platform.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU...

  • A solid foundation in object-oriented programming – mostly Java
  • Domain driven design
  • The usual suspects: REST, SQL/Hibernate, cloud tech, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, mobile apps
  • Dart/Flutter (React, Angular) for extra points
  • Distributed systems for a lot of extra points
  • High throughput and availability, low latency multithreading for a shedload of extra points
  • Automated testing
  • Agile methology
  • Fluent in English, German is a definite plus
